Gorgeous, three bedroom, plus office, well-maintained Lindal Cedar home on five acres. Sit on the front deck and take in the beauty of the San Juan mountains. At night, observe the stars while sipping a glass of Merlot. In the morning, watch the hot air balloons rise over Pagosa Springs while enjoying a cup of hot coffee.

House is completely furnished and includes towels and bedding. Features Select Comfort Sleep number beds in two rooms (1 King and 1 Queen Select Comfort) Other bedroom features a queen bed. Office has a Queen sofa-sleeper. Theatre has two full-sized futons for additional sleeping options (extra bedding included).

For your evening enjoyment after an exhilarating day of horseback riding, skiing, hunting or mountain biking, relax in the in-home theatre--complete with a selection of movies, DirectTV, surround-sound system, and genuine movie- theatre carpeting. Or, enjoy a fast-paced game of Foosball with the kids.
